We offer natural and chemical dyes and pigments for use with just about every surface design and fiber/garment dyeing technique (batch dyeing, painting, tie-dyeing, batik, printing, etc.). The dyes we feature are simple and safe when used as directed and we highly encourage awareness of health and safety issues. Exercise reasonable caution, wearing approved dust masks and gloves, especially when handling dye or chemical powders.

Our name reveals the 1974 origin of our shop in the University District in Seattle. The Weaving Works carries a variety of floor looms, table looms, specialty looms, and kids' looms, and we have an extensive stock of weaving accessories from Leclerc, Schacht, Dundas, Glimakra, Louet, Harrisville, Ashford, Bluster Bay, etc.
